PURCHASES MADE IN STORE
Exchange within 30 days
The exchange is possible within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is returned in its original condition, never used, in its packaging and accompanied by the receipt. Please note that the exchange can only be made at the point of sale indicated on the receipt.
Purchase voucher
In the event of a return, if a purchase voucher is issued, it will be valid for one year from the date of issue and can only be spent in the point of sale indicated on the voucher.
Reference prices
The goods purchased before the sales period will in any case be replaced, even during the sales period, referring to the prices in force on the date of purchase.
Limitations of the right of withdrawal
Please note that the right of withdrawal can only be exercised for contracts concluded remotely or negotiated away from commercial premises, in compliance with ART.52 of the consumer code. Therefore, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for purchases made in-store.
Returns within 30 days

Purchase voucher
In the case of a return, if a purchase voucher is issued, its validity will be one year from the date of issue and can only be used at the store indicated on the voucher.
Reference prices
Goods purchased before the sale period will still be replaced, even during the sale period, based on the prices in effect at the time of purchase.
Withdrawal right limitations
Please note that the withdrawal right can only be exercised for contracts concluded remotely or negotiated outside of commercial premises, in accordance with ART.52 of the consumer code. Therefore, the withdrawal right cannot be exercised for in-store purchases.
