Delivery and payment conditions 

It is up to the buyer to choose between the payment and delivery conditions offered on the site www.marcocalzature.it.

Means of payment

The details relating to the accepted means of payment are highlighted during the purchase procedure.

All payments are managed independently by third-party services. Therefore, this Website does not collect payment data – such as credit card numbers – but receives a notification once the payment is successful.

In the event that the payment made by one of the available means fails or is rejected by the payment service provider, the Owner is not obliged to execute the order. Any costs or commissions resulting from failed or rejected payments are the responsibility of the User.

Payment or delivery methods other than those indicated are not permitted.

     Terms of delivery

    Delivery times are approximately between 1/8 working days, depending on whether the requested item is available in stock.

    If the item must be put back into production, the times listed above may vary. However, the customer will be informed, via email, of the days necessary to reproduce the item.

    For shipments outside Italy the timing will vary depending on the destination.

    Marco S.r.l. undertakes to do everything possible so that, following the shipping confirmation, delivery takes place within the terms indicated above, within the deadline estimated at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within the maximum deadline 14 days from the date of Order Confirmation. The item will be entrusted to the courier who will send the customer a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Marco S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from any delay during transport.

    1  Shipping costs - ITALY

    Shipments to Italy are made via courier, chosen unconditionally by Marco srl.
    Shipping costs are free throughout Italy for orders over €99 and cost €5 for orders under €99.

    Reference legislation regarding conditions of sale, i.e. articles. 49 ff. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014.
    The competent court in case of disputes, in relations with Consumers, pursuant to art. 66-bis Legislative Decree. 206/2005, territorial jurisdiction is mandatorily attributed to the Court of residence (or domicile) of the Consumer.

    The function of purchasing products as a guest is also available on this site. With this purchase method, you will only be asked for those data that are essential to process your order.     Warranty

    Marco S.r.l. guarantees that the products sold are free from faults and defects. If defects are found in the products, we kindly ask you to communicate it as soon as possible by writing to e-shop@marcocalzature.it. All products sold comply with the Italian and European Union (EU) regulations applicable to them.

    Product return

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by filling in the appropriate contact form on the form page for returns and exchanges on the website www.marcocalzature.it within 14 days starting from the day on which you, or a third party, other than carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

    Your right to withdraw from the Contract will apply exclusively to those products returned in the same conditions in which you received them. We remind you that in the event of a return, you are responsible for the contents of the package being returned.

    No refund will be made, regardless of the return options you choose if:

    • the package received contained an incorrect item and/or different from the product ordered or to be returned.
    • the product has been used beyond simply opening.
    • the products are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or if they have been damaged.

We remind you that the item must arrive without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day you received it.     After evaluating the condition of the item, we will inform you if you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid. The refund will be made by re-crediting the amount according to the payment method used during the purchase.

    You will be responsible for the costs and risks of returning the products, as indicated above.


    Returns received after the contractual terms may be accepted at the discretion of Marco srl and may be refunded exclusively as credit at our e-store.

    N.b. the conditions mentioned above can be evaluated and subsequently applied from time to time based on the quality of the goods received by us.

    For returns relating to non-EU orders, the shipping costs for returning the footwear and any other related amount such as local taxes, customs duties, import duties and/or goods customs clearance are charged of the Customer and will be deducted from the final refund. The returned goods must be sent to Marco srl, att.ne Uff.     We recommend insuring the shipment. The package containing the return travels at the customer's risk, and therefore, Marco srl is not responsible for any loss, damage or delays in delivery to our warehouses.

    The shipping of returns from countries outside Italy is the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Customer is invited to ensure the shipment of the return. The package containing the return is under the responsibility of the Customer. Marco srl  is not responsible in the event of loss, accidents or delays in the delivery of returned shipments sent by the Customer.

    Size change

    Return of defective products
