Delivery and payment conditions
It is up to the buyer to choose between the payment and delivery conditions offered on the site www.marcocalzature.it.

For extra Italy shipments the timing will vary depending on the destination.
Marco S.r.l. makes everything possible so that after the shipment confirmation, the delivery takes place within the terms indicated above, within the estimated deadline at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within the maximum deadline of 14 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. The item will be entrusted to the courier who will send the customer a shipping confirmation with indication of the traking. Marco S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from any delay occurred during the transport.
1 Shipping costs - ITALY
Shipments to Italy are made by courier, unconditionally chosen by Marco srl.
Shipping costs are free throughout Italy for orders over € 99 and have a cost of € 7 for orders below € 99.
Reference legislation on terms of sale, i.e. Articles 49 ff. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) as amended by Legislative Decree n. 21/2014.
The competent court in case of disputes, in relations with consumers, pursuant to art. 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005 the territorial jurisdiction is mandatorily attributed to the Consumer's place of residence (or domicile).
2 Shipping Costs - EUROPE
Shipments to Europe are made by courier chosen unconditionally by Marco srl..
Shipping costs for Zone 1 * will be € 25 for orders under € 249 and free for orders over € 250.
Shipping costs for Zone 2 ** will be € 60 for orders under € 499 and free for orders over € 500.
Purchase as guest
On this site is also available the function of buying products as a guest. With this mode of purchase, you will only be asked for those data that are essential to process your order. During the purchase process, you will be offered the opportunity to register as a user or continue as an unregistered user.
Marco S.r.l. guarantees that the products sold are free from defects. If defects are found in the products, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. All products sold comply with the Italian and European Union (EU) standards applicable to them.
Return of product

After filling the form for return and changes present on the website
Alternatively the return can be made at the Marco store located in Via Borgogna, 3 - 20122 Milan, this service is offered only at this store. If you decide to return the product at the aforementioned point of sale, you must personally go to the store and deliver the article including its original packaging together with the printed order confirmation.

In the case of returns of Extra EU, the amount of the purchase voucher / refund of the returned products will be reduced by administrative costs incurred for customs clearance of goods. To this end, Marco srl recommends the shipment of non-EU returns through the EMS international circuit, in order to apply the rules of duty-free return of goods and to minimize customs fees. Refunds received after the deadline contractual, could be accepted at the discretion of Marco srl and could be refunded exclusively as a credit at our e-store.

For returns relating to non-EU orders, the shipping costs for the return of footwear and any other related expense such as local taxes, customs duties, import and / or customs clearance of goods are charged to the customer and will be deducted from the final refund. Return of defective products
